By uploading content to MyPracticeCanvas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service to you and your authorized users (such as students assigned to your content).

Each subscription plan includes specific storage quotas for PDF files and video content. Storage usage is tracked and displayed in your account dashboard. Exceeding your storage limit may prevent new uploads until space is freed or your plan is upgraded.
While we maintain backups of user data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content. We recommend downloading copies of your essential files regularly.
Your content is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account termination, your data will be immediately deleted unless otherwise required by law.

Students may submit practice videos to their teachers through the platform. These submissions are private and accessible only to the assigned teacher and the student who created them.
The MyPracticeCanvas platform, including its software, design, features, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
MyPracticeCanvas allows integration with YouTube and other third-party services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of such content complies with the respective platform's terms of service and applicable copyright laws.
MyPracticeCanvas provides features that let you associate portions of your sheet music with publicly available YouTube videos. To protect creators and comply with platform rules, we use YouTube’s official embed (IFrame) player and apply the following principles:
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
